Lacrosse

This program is for girls in grades 5-8 and focuses on introducing the game of lacrosse and teaching the fundamentals and rules of the game. The team will practice twice a week and compete in games and tournaments on Saturdays and Sundays. All players must provide their own stick, mouth guard and goggles.
