Safety and the Y go hand in hand. The Carlisle Family YMCA offers CPR and CPR & First Aid classes so members of our community can be prepared to effectively respond in emergency situations.
CPR & First Aid Classes
This class combines CPR/AED with First Aid Training. PLEASE NOTE: These are blended learning classes. You will get a link for the online portion of the class with a deadline to complete everything. In-class skill work will be scheduled and tested on the dates listed below. Certification is through the American Red Cross and is valid for two years.

CPR Classes
Get certified to perform CPR on an adult, child or infant and be prepared to effectively respond in an emergency situation. And get trained to use an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).
